Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

● 1 lb ham cubed

● 2 cups finely chopped broccoli

● 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

● 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

● 2 cups chopped zucchini

● 5 large eggs

● 10 egg whites(or 1.5 cups egg whites)

● 1/4 teaspoon pepper

● 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

3. In a separate smaller bowl combine all eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper.

4. Pour egg mixture into large bowl and mix well.

5. Pour all into a 9X13 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or until eggs are well cooked

and top is turning a golden brown.

Macros on 8 servings: 27 g protein, 7 g carbs, 8 g of fat
